Return & Refund Policy

Our product is one of those products where you need to FEEL it to BELIEVE it. This is why we want our return policy to be as hassle free as possible.

 

"Returns"

Returns accepted for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In some cases regarding cross-border returns, customers may be asked to pay the return shipping upfront and submit a receipt to be reimbursed (up to $20 USD.) 

"Exchanges"

If the sizing of your 6AM WorkShirt just isn't right, and you'd like to exchange for a different size, e-mail jeremy@6amworkshirts.com and we will coordinate an exchange. We offer FREE exchanges within 30 days.

"Shipping"

Our courier rates are set by Canada Post. We offer tracked packages for a flat fee as well.

Free-Shipping within Kelowna, BC. Or Free-Shipping where special offers come into effect.

"Refunds"

For refunds, please contact jeremy@6amworkshirts.com with your intent to start a return. See "Returns" for more details. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take a few days for the money to be deposited into your account.
